| How does Ed Work? |
| Planning is key in making a buyer or seller become an informed real estate investor. I know the emotions that my clients go through - I will be there to direct the emotions toward the achievement of their goals. Buyer Planning takes a minimum of an hour. Seller Planning takes a minimum of two hours. These planning sessions will provide us a face to face contact, and will make me understand your specific situation as well as your goals. The planning session is a no obligation meeting, it gives both of us an opportunity to confirm a good working chemistry, however it must be scheduled - I look forward to meeting you. |

| I have passed all the examinations as well as required real estate experiences to obtain the following Advanced Designations: Associate Broker, Acredited Staging Profesional, Acredited Buyer's Agent. (AB, ASP, ABR). A bachelors degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. 3 CCIM courses: Creating a real estate investment; Real estate and taxation; and Real estate leasing. Several Sales and Consultative training sessions from Xerox. Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Section 1031 tax-deferred Exchange. Speaks English, Tagalog and Ilocano fluently.
